Scope and review
- This policy covers profiles, jobs, applications where safety review is required, consultant workflows, courses/events, posts, comments, images, documents, verification, reports and appeals.
- Automated validation, duplicate detection, risk signals, file checks and classification may prioritise or block content; material decisions may receive manual review where reasonably practicable.
- User-editable profile metadata is never the sole basis for authorisation.
Priorities and actions
- Immediate safety, child protection, non-consensual intimate content, patient-identity exposure, active fraud and credible threats receive priority.
- Possible actions include no action, guidance, correction, warning, labelling, reduced visibility, removal, feature limits, re-verification, suspension, closure or lawful referral.
- Fake, discriminatory or misleading jobs, unlawful applicant fees, impersonation and misuse of applicant data may be restricted or removed.
Notice and appeals
Where appropriate, the affected user may receive a reason and an appeal route. Notice may be limited or delayed where disclosure creates security or legal risk. Appeals should identify the decision, explain the requested correction and provide only necessary evidence.
