The rules that apply when applicants, employers, organisers and community members use Dental Jobs India.

Acceptance and eligibility
- By creating an account, accepting these Terms or using a restricted feature, you agree to these Terms and linked policies.
- Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information and control the identity or organisation they represent.
- Applicant and employer access are separate. One email or Google identity cannot be linked to both public account types.
Platform services
- Applicants may maintain professional profiles, discover and save opportunities, apply, participate in learning and use permitted community features.
- Employers may maintain organisation profiles, publish genuine opportunities and manage authorised hiring and consultant workflows.
- Dental Jobs India is a technology platform; it does not guarantee a job, candidate, interview, hire, credential, event or clinical outcome.
Content, confidentiality and conduct
- Users retain ownership of submitted content and grant Dental Jobs India only the limited permission needed to host, secure, moderate and display it for selected features.
- Private resumes, applications, contact details and verification evidence are not public content.
- Clinical material must be lawful, appropriately consented and de-identified. Do not post patient names, unnecessary faces, contact details, record numbers or other identifying combinations.
- Fake jobs, impersonation, fabricated credentials, fraud, harassment, discrimination, phishing, malware, scraping, spam and unlawful or unsafe content are prohibited.
Moderation, payments and closure
- Automated checks and manual review may be used. Content or accounts may be corrected, limited, removed, suspended or referred where necessary for safety, policy or law.
- Payments and paid services are disabled during the controlled launch. No user should be asked to pay Dental Jobs India through the production platform during this period.
- Users may stop using the service and request deletion. Access may be restricted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or user protection.
Law and grievances
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to mandatory rights and forums, disputes are subject to competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Grievances may be sent to support@dentaljobsindia.com or +91 87799 30433.
