Controlled-launch status

Payments and paid services are disabled during the controlled launch. Pricing cards or payment foundations do not mean a paid production service is available.

Potential refund eligibility

• Duplicate or confirmed unauthorised charges.
• Payment captured but the purchased service was not activated or provided because of a verified technical failure.
• Cancellation before fulfilment where the published offer permits it.
• Any other circumstance required by applicable law or expressly promised in the offer.

Normally non-refundable

• A service, credit or access period substantially used or fully delivered as described.
• A change of mind after fulfilment began where no cancellation right was offered.
• Loss of a benefit caused by false information, unlawful use or a breach of platform rules.
• A recruitment, response, interview, hire, attendance or business outcome that was never guaranteed.

Requests and timing

Email support@dentaljobsindia.com with the account email, order reference, service, payment date, amount and reason. Never send card details, passwords or one-time codes. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days; banks and payment networks may take longer to display the credit.
