Purpose and evidence
- Verification helps reduce impersonation, false credentials and misleading organisations.
- Evidence may include a dental degree or council registration, appropriate identity evidence, organisation registration, official contact or authorisation proof.
- Additional clarification or updated documents may be requested when information is incomplete, inconsistent, expired or disputed.
Checks and privacy
- Checks may combine automated validation, duplicate or risk signals, document review, lawful public-source checks and manual assessment.
- Verification files, reviewer notes and risk evidence are private and limited to the submitting user and authorised reviewers.
- Pending, rejected, expired, revoked or needs-update records must not display an active verification indicator.

It is not an endorsement or guarantee of identity in every context, current standing, competence, solvency, workplace safety, job authenticity or future conduct. Payment never creates verification.
