What can be reported

• Privacy, account access, consent, identity or deletion concerns.
• Fake jobs, profiles, credentials, organisations, courses or events.
• Patient-identity exposure, confidentiality breaches, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud or illegal content.
• Application, verification, moderation, restriction, warning, copyright, payment or appeal concerns.

Information and timelines

• Provide the relevant URL or record, a clear description, dates, necessary evidence and the outcome sought. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, financial credentials or unrelated patient data.
• Dental Jobs India will acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days of receipt, unless a shorter statutory deadline applies.
• Immediate threats, exposed patient identity, active fraud, non-consensual intimate material or child sexual abuse material should be marked urgent; contact emergency services first for immediate danger.

Review and appeal

Review may include identity checks, audit records, clarification, evidence preservation and contact with affected users. Outcomes may include guidance, correction, removal, restriction, re-verification, suspension, restoration or lawful referral. An appeal should identify the decision and provide concise relevant evidence.
